Jotlily is a peer support community โ€” not a therapy practice. What that means is simple: I'm not a licensed clinician, and I'm not here to diagnose or treat. I'm here because I've lived through my own mental health journey, and I know firsthand how much it means to have someone who truly gets it.

Peer support works differently to therapy โ€” and that's not a limitation, it's a strength. Sometimes the most healing conversations happen between people who understand each other from the inside out.

I offer my time, my lived experience, and my full presence. What I ask in return is patience โ€” with yourself, and with the process.

Sanni facilitates each session, keeping the space safe, balanced, and gently guided โ€” without ever making it feel clinical or forced.
